Lithuanian cuisine is known for being meat heavy with generous dollops of sour cream, colorful sides of beetroot, steaming bowls of rich soups, and traditional salads flavored with mayonnaise and dill. When you visit Vilnius, it is almost obligatory that you try traditional Lithuanian cuisine, including cepilinai, the doughy potato dumplings stuffed with meat, cottage cheese, or mushrooms.

We visited an amazing Lithuanian school, Silo Gymnasium, a large school with wonderful teachers. We saw two lessons. an English lesson and a tehnology one. We were impressed by the IT knowlegde students know and how easily use intelligent board.

Lithuania is famous for its archaic folk songs, a UNESCO world heritage and a center-point of many Lithuanian cultural festivals and events.

We enjoyed doing team work, we experienced a nice and calm working atmophereand we applied what have we learned in a intercultural interractive way.Together, Potughese and Romanian teachers learned and practise what future IT classes will be.
