    First King of the Franks to unite all the franish tribes under one rule. He is best known for the unification of the Franks, his conquests in Gaul France, and his conversion to christianity. He is a very significant person because he majorly reduced Roman power, by defeating their General in the battle of Soisson in 486.

He is a significant person becasue the campaigns he launched helped Roman control get balanced control over the western Mediterranean. He is also significant because he established uniform rewriting of Roman law.

The viking invasions were signifcant because despite the barbaric look of the vikings they happened to be very technologically advanced, shown in the craftsmanship of the viking long boats and their battle techniques.
