John Dewey
John Dewey is primarily known for his strong beliefs in democracy , education, and functional psychology. Functional psychology revolves around the purpose of behaviors. He was born in 1859 in Vermont where he also attended school. His most popular paper is "The Reflex Arc Concept of Psychology ". Though he has contributed a lot to education and the study of psychology, he is considered the creator of modern liberalism.
