    The Revolution began when the third estate in France was being treated unfairly while being over taxed and out voted in anything that they wanted so they decided to change all of that when they created the Tennis court oath.
  • Tennis Court Oath

    Tennis Court Oath
    The members who attended the tennis court oath consisted of the poor people from the 3rd estate. These people were fighting for lower taxes and equal rights within France and since the government didn't give it to them they decided to create a revolution to take it for themselves.
  • Storming the Bastille

    Storming the Bastille
    The citizens of the 3rd estate decided to storm the bastille which was a prison and gunpowder vault because they knew if they did it would show how powerful they were and they also would have lots of gunpowder for when they storm the capital/King and Queens home.

    Declaration of the Rights of Man
    This consisted of all men being equal before law, all had natural rights (liberty, property, and security), and jobs/positions were based on skill and merit. This was one of the things that the 3rd estate was fighting for but they still were willing to take more.

    Napoleonic Code
    This code was created by Napoleon to create give every white male citizen equal thoughts and rights for the most part. One of the main things that was very unique was that peasants were able to own their own land as well; this allowed all people to grow food which controlled bread prices and made them purchasable by everyone.
  • Waterloo War

    Waterloo War
    The Waterloo was the last war that Napoleon lead he was defeated because Frances Navy wasn't the strongest because it din't need to be since they mostly fought the countries that are across land borders. Britain had the strongest navy since the they are an island they never really fought on land.
