Euclid is an important person because without him we wouldn't have math, or understand it. He has a great impact on our lives because we use math frequently.

    The Peloponnesian War took place in Mainland Greece, Asian Minor, and Sicily. Athens and Sparta were the two city-states involved in the war. To this day no one knows why this war began. Some think it began because of conflict between competing political ideologies (aka. political theories). In the end Sparta defeated Athens. This war was important because the battle changed the lives of everyone living in Ancient Greece.

This building was important because it gave Athenians a place to worship Athena, and practise their religion.

All free male citizens were entitled to participate in the ancient Olympic Games. Married women were not allowed to watch or participate in the games. However, unmarried women could attend the competition. Even though the Olympics were not fair to women, the Olympics were an important festival because it encouraged good relations between the cities of Greece.
