An act was passed that allowed Queen Victoria to expand her rule over other nations. She expanded her imperial crown and became Empress of India. -
Open Door Policy
A policy instated by the United States. It stated simple privileges that countries received when trading with China. -
Roosevelt Corollary
This was an addition to the Monroe Doctrine, added by President Roosevelt. In this it addressed the Venezuela Crisis.
