Start traveling across the country to California
As I start my move to California I take in the beautiful scenery of America. I go through all different kinds of weather conditions like snow, wind, rain, blazing hotness, etc. I just can't wait until I arrive in California. -
Arrive in California and meet room mate
When I get to California, I meet my room mate, Clarissa Ferrari, who is also from Italy. We start looking for jobs and a place to stay. This might take a few days. -
Move into our new apartment.
We finally found an apartment. It wasnt as big as we hoped, but it was the only thing we could afford. As we start moving things in I stop and think "Is this what our life is gonna be like for the rest of our lives, living in a small apartment, with hardly any money?" -
Start new Job.
Today is my first day at my first job in America. I got a job at a local restaurant as a waitress. The first day on the job was long and hard, but the hard work pays off.
