    The Lousisiana Purchase was a purchas made by Thomas Jefferson to buy land from the french. He bought it for about 3 cents and acre
  • The Texas Revolution

    The Americans were takeing possession of pratically all the east part of Texas. So in October 1835 a war began between them.
  • The Donnor Party

    During this time a group of people lead by the Donner family took a wrong turn and ended up stuck in the middle of nowhere. Winter was comming and they were running low on supplies so the had to eat echother inorder for one person to stay alive.
  • The Mexican American War

    A mexican unit crossed the Rio Grande and ambushed an American patrol. Two days later congress declared war.

    A man named James Marshall discovered gold in California and the excitement spread like a wildfire. People from all over the world went to california to find gold.

    was a landmark United States Supreme Court case in which the Court declared state laws establishing separate public schools for black and white students to be unconstitutional. The decision overturned the Plessy v. Ferguson decision of 1896, which allowed state-sponsored segregation, insofar as it applied to public education.     A sad day in our American history. On this day 2,753 people died due to a terrorist attack in both New York and Washington DC. This day is a very Important day to us all because of all of the loved ones that we lost.
  • The Day I started Dancing

    On this day I joined dance class with my best friend Janae Sauder and her sister. I first did ballet then Broadway, than Irish and now Hip-hop. This is important to me bacause this was the day I found out my true passion.
