    When you are 20 years old you want to live life to the fulleset and just have fun and let loose. But you are not going to have so much fun if you do not take care of your body.

    When you are 20 your body is still developing which means that you need to take care of it by excising regularly.

    This is a big important marker. You have limit your sat food intake because this is the time in your life where you will start to develop life changing diseases. You can prevent this by limiting your fast food intake and try to go on a healthy diet that can lower your risk of diseases. You can still have fast food once in a while but it's just all about moderation.

    You are going to need lots of sleep when you are in your 20s because you are still very active even if you are just sitting in a classroom for 3 hours listening to a teacher lecture forever. You are still going to need at least 8 hours of sleep each night.

    When you are in your 20's you will start to go out to parties way more than you did when you were 10. But you will have a tendency to get drunk and make some stupid decisions. But being social in your 20's is healthy.

    When you are 20 you are going to have lots of parties and you are going to get drunk and maybe make some dumb decisions. But you need to be social, it is healthy to be social. You don't want to be cocooned inside your apartment all day and all night studying.

    The 30's are so much fun. They are just like your 20's, like maintaining a healthy diet and getting plenty of sleep and exercise.

    When you are in your 30's you start to get way more involved with your career and families. But while you are busy with all of that stuff you should still try and maintain a healthy weight and a nutritional diet. Even if you just slip a little on your diet your whole body can slip under.

    You still should still keep a healthy weight in your 30's. this is when your metabolism will start to slow down, so you need to make sure to keep it up and running. Losing weight in your 30's can be more difficult especially for women. But do not be too overweight because that can increase your chances of obesity.

    GET ENOUGH SLEEP! This always seems to be the biggest problem, when you are in your 30's you are gong to need at least 6 hours of sleep each night.Also if you can you should try and take a 20-30 minute nap in the afternoon.

    40's is a big number it means that you are moving out of that stage of young adult hood and moving into the middle-age portion of your life.

    The is the time where it is really important to get into healthy habits like eating right and exercise regularly.

    This is the time where you need to really watch what you eat because you start to get symptoms of diseases, you get stress and chronic pain.You need to not smoke and lower the intake of alcohol.

    When you turn 50 this now the day that you cannot face the fact that you are getting old. The only way to hep you not feel old is eating right and getting plenty of healthy habits.

    You need to be aware that you can get in serious pain if you do not watch what you eat and you have to be aware of what your body processes.

    This is where you need to maintain healthy eating habits and get out and excersie regular. This can lower the risk of cancer and getting serious types of diseases that can cause you die young.

    This is where your risk of cancer shoots strait up. You also need to beware of everything.
