Health maintenance

  • 20 years old

    Stop eating crap, and so much of it. Living on your own is exciting with no one telling you how to eat. So i will stop eating fast food, and concentrate more on healthy food or eating home made meals.
  • 30 years

    Appreciate your changing body and all that it's able to do. Once you hit 30 years old your body wont be able to function the way it used to and everything you eat will worsen your health and impact you latter on.
  • 40 years

    Always try to stay physically active. Keeping my body physically active will keep my body in shape and keep me healthy. Working out can also prevent diseases such as diabetes or heart decease.
  • 50 years

    Once im 50 years i should be more careful with falling or anything that has to do with injuring my self. If it does happen it can lead to really bad results or things such as back pains, that will never go away.
  • 60 years old

    being 60 years old can be tough. Things like memory loss can happen. However i will prevent this by Staying mentally active. Just as physical activity helps keep your body in shape, mentally stimulating activities help keep your brain in shape and might keep memory loss at bay, socialize regularly, get organized, and sleep well.
