  • streach

    Before you do anything you need to streach. The best thing to do in anamail walks and then you can do other things that will get your legs and arms streached and relaxed. Then your set.
  • cartwheel

    Firist if you dont allready know how to do a cartweel you do little cartwheel ike a monkey jump. Then kepp doing little ones until youve practiced alot then try to keep your legs up stright. Keep practicing at home untill you can do it perfect. Great job. :)
  • one handed cartwheel

    first do monkey jumps like you did for the cartwheel. Then keep doing monkey jumps untill you can do them perfectley. Then bring your legs up 1/2 of the way then 100%.
