World leaders will start making public sevice announcements about our plan to stop Global Warming.

World leaders start a new law that, if they find that somebody is not recycling, then they will get a minor fine. Also, garbage trucks are equipped with scanners, to search for recycleables.

We will raise money, in hopes to get enough money to research for alternatives to fuel, and if we have extra money, we will use the money to put solar panels on more houses.

We will put this plan into full affect on November 27, 2011. Hopefully, this will stop global warming, and reheal our OZONE.
