    The bill of rights 1689
    This document pretty much made parliament the rulers or who was really in control. It stated that kings and queens could not tax unless parliament said so. Basically parliament had the rulers on a leash. It was made to limit the monarchy so that they would not have another ruler who gets out of control.     The act of Union 1707
    This was the unification of Scotland and England, this formed what is known as Great Britain. The ones involved were obviously Britain and Scotland, the reasoning for doing so however was to increase the trade and make the economy flourish. This was done in May 1 1707, and it did make the economy Flourish and increase.     The enlightenment ideas
    I know that it is not a specific date, but I chose the date in which the enlightenment ideas began. The ideas had changed a lot about how humans thought and also brought new laws. It had introduced Habeas corpus and the social contract. Many people involved in this would be people like John Locke and Thomas Hobbs. As well as Rousseau, and Diderot.     This is the declatarion of independence, There were many people at the signing of this document. The people that were there were Thomas Jefferson, John Hancock, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin and many more people 56 or so. It was exactly what it sounds like a declaration of independence from Britain. It was made to delcare independence from Britain, it was made July 4 1776 or that was when it was addopted.     This was a treaty signed by both Great Britain and the United States, it was a treaty that recognized American independence and established borders of land. It happened because of the British defeat in Yorktown. The treaty signing took place at Paris and it pretty much ended the war for American independence.     The tennis court oath.
    It was an oath made in a tennis court in Paris. It was made because the king had locked them out of the Estates General and they wanted to form their own government and overthrow the king. They had gathered together in a tennis court and began speaking, they had eventually become the National Assembly.     French Bastille day
    This was the beginning of the revolution and also is what came to be known as the French Independence Day. A bunch of people who were in the third estate after forming their own government in the tennis court oath. They went into the Bastille prison and killed every guard in there and freed all of the prisoners, even though there were only 7 of them.     This is what had abolished many things in France. It destroyed the French feudal system and had repealed the tithe as well as canceling all feudal deals. It did this weeks earlier before it was accepted by the National Assembly. It involved many of the French freedom fighters or revolutionists and the National Assembly. It was adopted in Paris?     Was an act to establish a judicial court system in the U.S. The man who signed it was none other that George Washington himself and made it a law. But he let the congress do what they wanted to the lesser courts.     The federal congress proposed a bunch of articles that would eventually become the bill of rights. James Madison as well as many more pole proposed more ideas to add to the bill of rights. They had made this because they needed laws to follow and it added some of the amendments to the U.S. Constitution. They had made this in Massachusetts and this became the first 10 amendments.     This was a March on the palace at Versailles, lead by women, because they had learned that they had a lot of food and wheat stored there. The women were hungry and they wanted to get some food. They had also made the king meet their demands and come to Paris with them. They had seized the palace and had done all this for food.     The Revolution had force the king into signing this contract that had limited his monarchy. The king was only the head of state, while the legislative assembly created the laws, feudalism was completed abolished. They made voting limited to tax payers. The legislative assembly rule for one year then was overthrown. There were 12 members of the National Assembly or the constitutional assembly, who made this document. It was made September 30 1791. It was made at the tennis court area.

    It was a terrible time in which many people got executed by the guillotine. Maximillian Robespierre was the reason of this and there were around 15000 execution during the Reign of Terror. It lasted only a year because of how terrible it was. The committee of public safety was what ruled during this time, despite the name the public was in danger. It was caused because they thought that a lot of people were guilty of treason or were just nobles. It happened in France I guess.

    It is thought to be one of the best real estate deals of history. The United States and France were involved, and it was the U.S buying a lot of land in America from the French. The cost was around $15 million, so it was pretty expensive. The U.S. bought it because they wanted more land on the continent.     This was that treat that ended the war between Britain and America, the war of 1812. This treaty was signed in Ghent Belgium, and was officially signed on December 24 1814. The people signing it were America, and Great Britain (I looked for specific names but I could not find them).
