If the representative were given a vote the third estate clearly have more votes than first and second estates and the third estate would be able to get theri will passed. So this didn't happen King Louis XVI kick out the representatives from the third estate out from th meetings.

Louis and his family didnt had an option except accept the demands from the people and stay in theri home as prisoners.
