National Assembly of French revolution was a revolutionary assembly formed by the representatives of the Third Estate ( commors) of the Estates General; was formed July 9 1789 during the first stages of the French Revolution. It dissolved on 30 September 1791
and was succeeded by the Legislative Assembly. -
The estates General first met in 1302 and 1303 in relation to King Philip IV ´s conflict with the papacy. They met intermittently until 1614 and only once afterward, in 1789, but were not definitively dissolved until after the French Revolution. during that meeting the French Estates of the realm summoned by Louis XVI to propose solution to France's´ financial problems. -
On 5 October 1789 a mob descended on Versailles and demanded that the royal family decamp to Paris. The king was transferred to the Tuileries Palace, before attempting to flee in June 1791. He was the last king to live at the Palace of Versailles, and the revolutionaries duly gave him the nickname¨¨¨ Louis the Last¨¨ -

The Battle of Trafalgar was held on 21 October 1805 between the British Royal Navy and the combined fleets of the French and Spanish Navis. The battle took place near Cape Trafalgar. The battle ended with a clear victory for the British forces. This allowed Britain to become the world's largest sea power for 100 years.
