    Tennis Court Oath
    When the Third Estate was locked out of their courtroom, they were forced to go out to the tennis court and finished their meeting there.The Estate was angry at the King for locking them out of the court room. The Third Estate vowed to keep meeting at the tennis court for their meetings until they made a new Constitution for France. After they all agreed to the vow, the French Revolution started taking place.

    A very aggressive and angry mob came and attacked a prison in Paris, France. The mob went and killed the governor and stuck his head on a spike and walked around showing it off. Now on this day every year in France, they celebrate it as a holiday.

    The National Assembly made this document. They made it, because it gave people the right of speech, freedom, security, Liberty, and property to all France citizens. The document was to make the people in France happy by giving them freedom.

    The women of France are angry because the price of bread has raised. They all storm to the palace where the King and Queen are and they blame the Queen for the price change. The women demand that they lower the price of the bread, because it is so scarce and they can't afford it.

    There was a group in France who were mostly white men and women and they were abolitionists. The National Assembly freed all colonial slaves. They thought that the slaves should be freed and the National Assembly legislated another group of people and got the slaves freed.

    King Louis was arrested, and put on trial. During the trial, he was proven guilty for treason. He was sentenced to death and was put under the guillotine and his head was chopped off. After his head was chopped off, a villager took his head and put it on the end of a stick and walked around town holding it up, showing everyone that King Louis was dead.

    At this time, the government had small power. So the government made harsh laws that scared people to stand up for themselves. If anyone ever did anything that the government didn't like, then the government would kill that person. No person was brave enough to stand up for themselves, except for a man named Danton. He stood up for himself, but then was beheaded for it, but he doesn't regret what he did.

    A man named Robespierre was arrested and sentenced to death. This ended the Reign of Terror. He was given the death penalty, because he was accused of trying to dictate the country. The government didn't like this, so they killed him.

    Napoleon was a very strong leader. The French leaders were weak and they were scared of what would happen to France since they didn't have any strong leadership. They called Napoleon to have him to be the leader. Later after he took control of all of France.

    Napoleon is the Emperor of France, and he promises everyone a great country. He goes and colonizes countries and states in different nations. In America, he succeeded on colonizing Florida, Louisiana, and Haiti. After he lost those states, he proceeded to Great Britain and European Nations. He started wars, and colonized many African Countries.
