    The Estates General fromed a meeting that reunited representatives from each Estate to solve this serious political crisis.

    On the 14th of July, the citizens of Paris France, unsatisfied for decades by the their government 'stormed in riot' the Bastille, which was the chief prison/ police station for the country....killed the officers and let all the prisoners loose as the start to revolution.

    Angry women belived the royals were hoarding bread

  • Royals try to escape

    Louis XVI attempts to flee to Varennes but is recognised and they force him to return to Paris.

    France declares war on Austria, but French army flees when they confronted each other.

  • Lafayette Escapes

    He had to flee France to avoid being executed by the most radical revolutionaries.

    French forces defeat the invading force at Valmy. Enjoy victory in its military conflicts.
