    Description:Great fear had spread through France as rumors spread like wild fires. Leaders took to the the audience in large cities in order to gain order. These speeches made all estates equal.     Discription: Louis XVi was worried about his monarch. As a result, he fled to Austrian Netherlands. He was caught by borderguard we he reached the border. He was returned because how this action. Anylsis: This is important because it put fear into Louis' followers, making the rebels that muh stronger.

    Description: The creation of a new constitution was groud breaking for the French. It took much of the King's power and created the Legislative Assembly. This new constitution however still left many prior problems. Anaylsis: This event proves important because it showes that the people are trying to create a system of checks and balances.     War against Prussia and Parisians
    Description: France began war against two of it's neighbors, the Prussians and Parisians. With conflicts arising between the three countries, supporters of the king began to plan out attacks. In result of these plans, the mobs imprisoned the King and Queen. Analysis: The uprise of the people against the king and queen was key to the revolution because it showed that the people are not afraid of their superiors. Link to source

    Dis: Riots were becoming more often, and the French Government is in need of a new system. The governemnt turns to Republic, and slowly tries to fix their mistakes. This proved useful for a short period of time. Ana: This ended up being useful for the French Revolution because it allowed rebels to take control.

    Dis: The French Government was under lots of stress. With the trust of the King in jeopardy, the Legislative Assembly put the King under arrest. This was the main cause of the King’s death.     Description: As the new found leader of the Reign of Terror, Robespierre took control of France. With this new power, he wanted to rid France of all of it's enemies. This plan failed, and he was later beheaded. Analysis: This was important because it allowed a new power to take control, in which ould result in Napoleon’s reign. Link to picture source

This new way had five executives, all sharing a similar amount of power. Ana: This was key to the revolution because it allowed a new leader to rise and take control of the war torn country.

    Discription: The Nationla Convention gathered together to approve a new constituation. They made the new system of power work with 5 directors. After a period of rebellion against these new directors, Napoleon Bonaparte took control.
