    With the new king being in charge of a whole country is a big challenge to agree. King Louis didn't know how handle the situation of the country, so instead on focusing on the issues of the country. He didn't give it importance and kept acting like nothing was wrong.

    King Louis decides to help the americans with their revolution against Great Britain and sent troops and ships to aid their efforts. But with supplies being used up, comes a cost.

    King Louis XVI summoned the Estates General to solve the crisis of the countries financial situation. Three different classes represented the estates general. Due to the lowest class always being overruled by the 2 upper classes. The third estate ( lowest class ) decided to form their own assembly.

    Due to all the unfairness of the country political power. Angry crowds of citizens went towards Bastille, a fortress used as a prison. The citizens took over the fortress and King Louis withdrew his royal troops from the capital of France.

    The National Assembly decided to limit the kings authority in the new form of government, but Louis and Marie Antoinette decided to leave France and go to Austria. His wife's home country and come back and take over France again. But just a few miles out they were caught and turned back to face punishment.
