this event happened where the king called every estate 1,2,3 to vote and every estate has one vote, the clergy (first state) has 1 vote, the nobles (second estate) has 1 vote, the peasant where 90% of the population has resided. The king thought this would solve problems like the taxation and the financial problems but the 1 and 2 estate would always team up on the third estate. The votes were always 2 to 1 so the peasants got mad and formed the national assembly.

this event is where the peasants stormed in the prison to steal gunpowder and trying to free all the prison but there was only 7 prisoners there. they fought against the military and executed the governor and put his head on the pike.

This even where the king try to escape to Austria to escape his people but the post master caught them and sent them back to France and the revolutionaries considered him as a traitor because he tried to leave his people to go to Austria so they strip his power to the point that he's just a figure head crating the constitutional monarch.

The duke of New Brunswick wrote a letter to France that if anything happens to the king they will burn France to the ground. This made the France (revolutionaries) mad storming in the kings palace and fighting the the guards and the republicans were gaining more power. Then the king was just a peasant and democracy and equality were introduced it was a massive change for France because the old regime was over.
