    In July,1789 city of Paris was seized the”SPOTLIGHT” from the National Assembly. Rumors were spread to breaking out throughout the village of troops taking over the capital. The Parisians crowded outside the Bastille. The crowd wanted weapons and gunpowder to store there. The commander had refused to do so the crowd then killed the commander and 5 guards.
