The Royal family tries to escape the war in France. They get caught in the middle of escapeing. They are caught and held Captive.

During this time thousands of people were killed by the Guilotine. This was known as "The Terror". It was all the responsobility of Robestierre, Danton, and Marat.

The people of Frence are so infuriated that a mob forms. The storm the Tuileries. This causes the royal family to be imprisoned in the Temple.

In France the system of Monarchy was formally abolished. Which means one person no longer has supreme power. This causes the First Republic to be formed.

During this time ,Louis the twentysixth, was guillotined. For the reason of treason. Later that year his wife followed his footsteps and was guillotined also.

During this time the person who started the guillotine process is finally brought to justice. Robespierre is finally executed by guillotine for unruly actions. This puts a hault to the Revolution in France.
