Starting the Search
We were living in Fort Lauderdale and we were looking for a new home and a good school district to live in. We were looking for a community that was family friendly and had a lot of kids around. We also wanted a safe community with few crimes and few criminals. -
Finding a Home
It was the middle of summer in July when we were looking for the perfect place to live with a good school.We were driving near the neighborhoods and starting looking at homes that matched our needs.There were many nice homes in the area that we considered. -
Looking Around West Boca
As we were finding a place to live, we decided we wanted to move into West Boca. We saw a lot of nice houses and a lot of nice people in the area, so we thought that it was the perfect place. -
Looking at Multiple Options
We saw a couple of options in West Boca that we really liked. We wanted a one story house with a pool, 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There were about 6 options for houses we really enjoyed. -
Knocking it Down to Two Houses
Palm Beach Schools were starting soon and we wanted to decide quickly, so we had decide between two houses.It was a really tough decision to make and we knew we would be happy with both houses. -
Final Decision
We were getting close to the school start and we needed to decide fast.So we finally decided to pick one, and it ended up being pretty convenient to Logger's Run Middle School and there were a lot of families there
