I just left Spain now we're traviling to South America. We need to ration our food so we can survive this journey. Today i saw a whale, it was a beautiful creature. I'm excited to be at sea, my job is to navigate

It's been weeks and we are still happy and singing songs while we find a port. It's been raining but nothing to serious. Everybody has been sleeping on our goods, below deck and I've been sleeping on the deck with a bed stuffed full of wool thanks to the captin.

It's been a month and there is a huge storm forming ahead of us. Hope we don't get off coruse or lost.

It has almost been a year and we only have half are crew after the huge storm, so we can havemore food instead of rationing it like before. It looks like clear open water from now on.

We finally made it to South America and they welcomed us with respect, warm/dry clothes, food/wine, and places to stay. We traded them some of our rum and spices for the rooms, clothes, and food.
