We watched a youtube video on a subway hero who helped save the life of a common man, without being forced to and had the courage of a real hero. It really opened my eyes to what a hero is.

We answered a few personal hero questions on what we thought a hero was, if the word was used too often and if we had ever seen a hero in our own life. I believe that you really have to put yourself in the way of danger to be comsidered a hero.

We read a biograohy on John McCain and what he accomplished as a war hero and why he was influential to the wars he fought in.

We watched a video interview she a guest speaker and she explained what her goal in life was. She explained what her views on a hero were, and why going the Peace Corps helped her feel like she was helping the World more and achieving more inner accomplishemnt.

I chose my hero as Steve Jobs because i believed he was a revolutionary hero since he brang technology to a new level and changed many lives throughtout the world with his work and technology.

I decided to change my hero to Leonardo Da Vinci because i felt without him, a lot of science and life today wouldn't be possible without him. He was a true Renaissance man because he was skilled in may areas of study and hobbies. I have changed my view on heroes because i now feel that you dont have to be in a life or death situation to be a hero.

I scheduled my interview with one of my parents friends that works at KBR and has a hobby of researching Da Vinci, he has agreed o work with my for my interview for this project.

The class shared our different heroes and how why we thought they were important either to oursleves or to other in the world. I got to see different influential peoples lifes and views.
