    The Tennis court Oath had major significance in the French Revolution because it sparked the life of the revolution by uniting the 3rd estate together to state their independence from the 1st and 2nd estate. This led to the 3rd estate storming the Bastille, taking guns, and ultimately this led their revolution to succeed.
