The hall covers an area of over 50,000 square feet. The roof has now already fallen off but the Hypostyle hall is still supported by 134 colums in 16 rows each collum is between 33-80 feet high.

King Tut was only 8 or 9 when he became king, He was born in 1341 B.C and died in 1323 B.C he was only 18 when he died, he died from a blow to the back of the head, scientists now think that he was murderd. But thats a mystry lost in time.

    Egypt is a powerful place, with powerful civilaation. During 1000B.C Egypts power had began to fall short. There was no longer a major source of power or ruling. But before anyone could understand what was going on, Egypt had become a corupt palce. Then one nubisn ruler named king Piye started to take over Egypt. Nubians had different forms of governement and ways of conroling peole. In 740 B.C King Piye ruled upper Egypt and Nubia. During his time he wanteed to make some changes, Caprure Egypt.

    Mentuhotep the second ruled in the 11th dynasty, he ruled until he was 51 years old. Mentuhotep's name mean Pleased is the Lord Re. During his ruling he had destroyed parts of Egypt incuding parts of Nubia and Abydos.
