You as an educator can learn from year to year where the students are at based on testing. From there you can take your leason plans and change them to fit the needs of each and every one of your students to help the succeed the best. -

Re using other teachers leason plans that has been used for many years in the past is going to save you a ton. If the leasons have worked for many years before for a specific age group then they are most likely going to work for the same age group from year to year. with the exception of a couple students. -

There are many different techniques and ideas that you can use for your class that many other people have used as well. If it has worked for many peopl for many years it is most likely going to help you in your own class. -

many times we struggle to make our dreams a true reality. The biggest goal in being and educator is to help your students succed. this is one thing that we should use as a base to make sure that education is to its fullest in every way possible!
