    Make sure our EP does not have any trouble with the documenation required to travel. Contact our EP's before they travel will be or main goal to mantaine this standard.

    Provide our EP's with enough information on the essential things they will cop up with during their volunteering. Make sure they are well aware of them so that there aren´t any problems afterwards
  • Accommodation

    Accommodation
    Find a suitable global family ffor our EP's that fulfills the information provided on the opportunity and make sure our EP will live under decent conditions
  • Basic living cost

    Basic living cost
    Make sure our global family is aware of the meals as well as the generl conditions they will provide our EP's. Trac during the 6 weeks of the volunteering if the meals are being provided
  • Arrival pickup

    Arrival pickup
    Provide the EP's with the information so they take a bus at the airport and meet them at the bus station in the city. Welcome them with the best of energy and enthusiasm
  • Personal goal setting

    Personal goal setting
    Make sure our EP's share their objectives with the project they are applying to. Among all encourage them to set goals that help them empower themselves and others.
  • Incoming preparation

    Open a space to impart our EP's the IPS session and be effective to fullfill with every aspect of the experience. Also make the most of the IPS session to empower every trainee
  • Development Spaces with opportunity provider

    Establish a solid channel of communication between the trainee and the ONG so that there is enough confidence from both parts to disscuss the colunteering activities whenever the job description does not align with the objectves of our trainee
  • First day of work

    First day of work
    Take our EP's to their first day of work. Keep updated the dates we are receiving our trainees as well as the date and hour of their first day of work so that we can aslo keep tracked the availabiliy of the committee members. Be 100% sure that at least 1 person will take the EP's to their fisrt day of work
  • Job description

    Job description
    Establish a regular communication with our EP's and our ONG's to make sure the job description is being followed. Stay in touch in case there are changes to be clarified.
  • Working Hours

    Evaluate the EP is indeed working at least 25 hours per week as stipulated
  • Duration

    Duration
    Check the duration of the volunteering is indeed 6 weeks (minimum)
  • Departure

    Departure
    Give our EP's all the information and instreuctions needed when the time comes for their departure
