At this point humans domesticated animals as well as plants, on top of this due to the fact that humans are now living in one place the population started to grow exponentially.

    The Persian Empire was an ancient superpower that lasted around 200 years from 559 BC to 333 BC. The Persian Empire ruled over 44% of the worlds population. The fall of the occurred when Alexander the Great defeated Darius the III in the Battle of Issus. This was the nail in the coffin of an already declining empire.

    Alexander III also know as Alexander the Great was born in Ancient Greece in 356 BCE. Alexander went on to become the single greatest military genius and leader of all time when he amassed one of the largest ancient empires. In a brief 13 years his empire covered over 3000 miles, for reference the distance between Kabul, Afghanistan and Beijing, China is about 2900 miles. Alexander died at the young age of 33. Many leaders such as Napoleon heralded him as the greatest leader in history

    Thee Battle of Issus occurred in southern Anatolia, on November 5, 333 BC between the Hellenic League led by Alexander the Great and the Achaemenid Empire (AKA, Persian Empire), led by Darius III. It was Alexanders second major battle in his conquest of Asia and it was his first encounter with Darius. Using his unmatched military knowledge and tactics, Alexander and his army defeated the Persians and ended thier empire.
