During The French Revolution, An assembly was formed by the representatives of the Third Estate and Estate Generals Initially. This lasted from 17th of June 1789 to 9th of July 1789. They formed in France and the reason why they did it was because it acted like something that could represent the lower class French People. Before they formed this assembly the 3rd estate were treated like rubbish and did not feel like they had any rights. What they did was possess all the powers of the government.

The people of the third estate realized that any attempt at trying to get there voices out would be out voted.
