After King Adolf Fred of Sweden dies, the people had a small coup because they were angry that there was no leader after him. That was the only major conflict.

After the Napoleonic Wars, Russia took away Finland. Then in 1905, Norway broke away from Sweden. Both the countries were originally Sweden though. Nowadays, the Tornio river splits Finland and Sweden. Norway is aeparated by the Scandinavian Mountain drainage valley.

From 1917 to 1920, there was a dispute between Sweden and Finland over the Alland Islands. In 1920, Finland won control of them.

Manchuria, the NorthEast Province of China, colonized by Japan. Japan also controlled most of East China until 1945 (the 2nd Sino-Japanese War, part of WW2).
