After the death of her father Ptolemy XII, Cleopatra becomes co ruler of Egypt with her brother Ptolemy XIII. At the time she was 18 years old and her brother was only 10.

Cleopatra sneaks into Julias Caesar's house to recruit him to help her outst her brother and help her reclaim the throne in Egypt.

With the help of Julias Caesar's military, Cleopatra confronts her brother and defeats his army. Ptolemy XIII dies in the battle and Cleopatra reclaims her throne along with Ptolemy XIV.

Cleopatra has a son with Julias Caesar. His name is Caesarian which means little Caesar.

Caesar is assassinated by political rivals. Cleopatra then returns to Egypt.

When Roman leader Marc Antony requests military aid from Cleopatra, the two meet and fall in love.

Cleopatra gives birth to a boy and a girl and they are named after the sun and the moon.

Cleopatra and Marc Antony finally get married. This angers Octavian who is the ruler of Rome.

Marc Antony and Cleopatra distribute many lands of Egypt and Rome amongst their children, particularly Caesarian. This further increase tensions with Rome.

After the marriage of Antony and Cleopatra and the donations of Alexandria. Roman leader Octavian has had enough and declares war on Egypt, thus sealing the fate of Cleopatra.

The final battle between Cleopatra's forces and the Romans. It was fought in the sea near Egypt and Cleopatra's forces were ultimately defeated forcing her to surrender.

Believing that Cleopatra has been killed in battle. Marc Antony is overcome with grief and falls on his sword and kills himself.

Realizing all is lost and not wanting to be captured by the Romans, Cleopatra commits suicide by allowing a venomous asp to bite her thus killing her.
