I was born at 3:40 am in Mesa, Arizona. Twin sister followed ten mintues after.

From birth to 2 years old, developed my trust with my family as my caretakers and safety net (proximity- seeking behavior), especially my twin sister. Twin sister would develope the role of translated and protector throughout childhood. Erikson stage: trust vs mistrust Trust is established when the infant feels safe under care; likewise mistrust occurs when safety is minimal. Mistrust and minimal attachment of the child also creates an environment of fear.

Sometime at the 4 month mark, I began to crawl. Sensorimotor Stage: beginning to learn and manage my motor skills. Beginning to develope the manipulation of the space around me.

After appointments with speech therapist and occupational therapists, began to catch up on speech. This delay may have been due to less one on one time with parents as the attention had to be shared with a same aged sibling and how twins had the tendency to create their own language to communicate.

i began preschool to begin development of peer relationship and continued help with speech and interaction. Often relied on twin sister as playmate.

Lifelong hobby of horseback riding began. Actually started around age 3, however, age 5 was roughly the time I began to develope the motor skills by myself without having to be lead around and manage the reins in my own. This help cemet the family bonds further as it was a family activity with my siblings and parents.

twin sister and I were put into seperate classes to continue individual development and to decrease dependency on each other This allowed my parents to better monitor our development and seek the help to keep us children on the proper developmental track.

The final diagnosis after various others from age 1 to 5 due to parent's concern of meeting speech and language milestone late. Moved to medicated management. After 4 months of Ritalin, moved to non medicated management (such as learning to identify triggers, managing diet, focus on exercise, etc.) with close guidance of pediatrician.

When I had my first mental cycle at age 13. The first of my puberty stages to appear.
Begining to evaluate my role as a person and my identity (Erikson's Psychosocial Stage) -
During my time in high school, and without the guidance of my parents, I learned to be able to manage my ADHD and identified my triggers and how to better cope with them.

√in part of exploring independence and amount of school work to complete. Eventually by age 18, desired more sleep as it helped with memory retention and improved mood compared to lack of sleep.

Moved to Sedona Arizona to attend high school at Verde Valley School, an international boarding school. Gained more independence from parents, which in turn allowed for freedom of exploration to establish self iidentity.

Developed more self awareness and accountability for self actions. Further establish identiy as a hard worker and also matured to properly manage ADHD symtoms by myself.
