  • 6.1 parent adolescent conflict

    There were become conflict between myself and the parent like for example, I had chosen some clothing when they didn't like it and even some food that I've eaten too much. They were trying to control me over things they wanted to see when I don't like it. That's called conflict. Something they didn't agree it when I agreed. Also for bedding time, I wanted to stay up late, they told me to sleep early when I wasn't tired. They were responsible when I was kid that I didn't realize the importants.
  • 6.2 Physical Support

    In this year when I was eight years old, my friends and myself were of more care to each other. We both were physically supported each other when both of us went through difficult times like for example, when my dog was died due to complicated issue. My friends would be just be there through my difficult time. That’s one of examples of physical support that I had when I was younger. -C
  • 4.1 Gender-typed behavior

    I first noticed that female is more emotional and feel more pain while male feels less emotional or pain free. I noticed the differences between the gender.
  • 4.2 Non-gender typed behavior

    Females can verbally express their emotions better than males. I noticed that I was not able to express their emotions unlike female. Unlike myself as a male, female has a large portion with negative emotion moves up from the amydala to the cerebral cortex that only happens in females. Male's brain doesnt have that kind of control.

    This year as I was 10 years old, I have some friends and their parents who were supportive and protective that helped my healthy self-image life and self-esteem. Friends were the primary that was impacted in my life at early age. -C
  • 2.2 Niche Picking

    My parents set up an environment based on my preferences or qualifies from the certain people around me like they may have noticed that I'm a little different and took me in the enivornment comfortably along with other people. My parents may have seen my prefer things and got me involved in my preferred acitivities, such as soccer, baseball and hockey that I liked to participle with other people. They noticed and put the best enviornment along with other people who has similar preference.
  • 3.2 Abstraction

    I often asked myself why I was different due to a disability. My family's lack of nature that never explained how I was different. I often looked myself how is different from others. I raised and depended on my interpreter in school 24/7. Some students often looked at me differently. I often did care about what other people's thinking and feeling of me.
  • 2.1 Typical Maturer

    I may have developed puberty when I was 11 year. That must be in the middle of the year which is May 2001. I first noticed my growth changing in spurt and sexual maturation at the age of 11 when I developed.
  • 3.3 Social Comparison

    When I was 12, I never really liked to socialize because I was afraid of what others thought of me. I was often forced to socialize with other students who were different than me, like I'm deaf and needed to reply on my interpeter to communicate. I never really understood how things went, I often had no solid friendship at all. I never felt the same in any ways with other students. It was more of negative view in social comparison.
  • 7.1 - Transition to Middle School

    It was truly stressed for me when I entered middle school. I experienced the most difficult throughout middle school years beside high school. Most students were top that peered me to do better. Not only that and teachers size were larger and peers were also larger. I was under a lot of pressures by peers and teachers. Discipline and both positive and negative friendships and/or relationships were around the time too.
  • 3.1 Imaginary Audience

    When I started playing hockey, I would just have to look out for myself like for example, I was worried I would play suck but it turned out I was quite better and had to show how good I was and had to keep everyone's expectation on the team. When I played horrible, I would just worry about benching and not able to playing that much. I needed to think and focus on my self-esteem and play better. Probably an example of what I have gone through at the time when I was 12 years old.
  • 7.3 Intrinsic Motivation

    I was experienced the Intrinsic in classroom.I was more of natural curiosity and had the desire to learn increases.It is called Intrinsic motivation,i had that motivation when I entered middle school as a sixth grader.I was pushed harder than anyone else in the classroom and I had to work hard to master a skill. Extrinisic was also occurred based on my experience.I was rewarded for hard work and outcome any weakness to improve my learn ability from time to time throughout my middle school term.
  • 1.1 Entering Adolescence

    I entered Adolescence when I was 15 ish. That's when I got more of responsible and become an independent but not completely. It's more of step by step of becoming an adolescence before entering early adulthood.
  • 8.1 Rites of Passage

    I went into adulthood from childhood as soon as I became 19 years That’s the place I took when I was 19 eventually from childhood departure. Rites of passage for me to become an adult at 19 in my religion as catholics. My experience seems to be matched in text that is mentioned about family cultural, societies and responsibilities like for example, I didn’t get a driver license until I was 19, I had lack of responsible at the time. I cerebrated when I was able to purchase alcohol legally.
  • 1.2 Emerging Adulthood

    I emerged adulthood when I was 19ish when I was out of town for College. That's how I started emerging into adulthood and become fully independent. I believe it was around 2009 of late August. I was able to be depend on myself to make wise decisions. I felt this year was all making sense by when I was away for College.
  • 7.2 Transition to College

    College has changed my life in good ways. When I entered college for the first time without having teachers around or my parents around. So I was basically independent but there were lack of independent skill I had at the time which were a major problem on my contentration in school. It was a lot different than either middle or high schools. I felt like I missed out a lot of pre independent skills when I should have learned back in school.
