Soccer Career

  • U12 United

When I was in 6th grade it was my first year that I made a travel soccer team. I made the lowest team, united, but I still made a team. I excelled that year on my team scoring 10+ goals the entire season and helped my team win many games. I was then called up to the Premier team which was the second best team and practiced with them for the remainder of the year. I did exceptionally well with them and knew only good could come from this.
  • U13 Elite

We had tryouts in early May and I tried my hardest this year. At the end of my tryout I felt like I did my best, so I was hoping for the best. I viewed the website later that week and found out that I actually made the highest level team. People were shocked that I was able to jump from the lowest level team to the highest in just one season. I knew this was a start for me and I was planning on excelling in the upcoming season with my new team.
  • Capital Fall Classic

    Capital Fall Classic
In the 7th grade it was my first season that I was on the highest level team for the Richmond Strikers. We prepared hard for our first tournament that upcoming fall. We attended the Capital Fall Classic early that October. No one knew what to except since it was the first tournament with the new team. We got out of our group in second place going 2-1. We then won the semi-finals and then faced the team that beat us in the group stage. We beat them 2-0 and we won the Capital Fall Classic!
  • Short Pump

2013 was an eventful year since it was my last year in middle school. I made the school team again and we were looked at as the best team in the league. We lost a single game to Moody which was the stupidest game ever. We then went on to win every single game after that. We found ourselves in first place and two games away from winning the tournament. We played against Oak Knoll in the finals and despite Tom's stupid actions during the game we managed to pull out a 1-0 win.
  • Disney

Winter Break of 2014 was the best year ever. My travel team traveled to Disney for a showcase tournament. It was very exciting since we were not forced to stay in the same hotel as our parents. Despite losing every game pretty bad to very good teams it was an experience that I would never forget. We messed around in our hotel room, almost killed a teammate, and messed with Tanner after he went to bed a 10pm. It was a very eventful tournament that I would never forget.
  • Castle

The Castle tournament was in Raleigh, NC. It was a college showcase tournament and we were predicted to get dead last. We proved everyone wrong and we were able to win all 3 of our games in the group stage and come out at 1st place. We went into the tournament and played a team that was 2 years older than us. It was a intense game, but we ended up losing 2-1 to some stupid mistakes. This was a turn in my soccer career since I was now playing older, faster, and stronger kids.
