    Gutama gave his first sermon. He also believed that if one did not have any sort of vice or temptation it would free one,from the cycle of rebirth. This is also when he was given the title "Buddha",(or Awakened One,or The Elightened One). (approx. c.530 (#5)).

    When Gutama found a new way of living by meditating amd freeing oneself from any desires and such, he began to talk to people about it. Many were very intrigued by this. So much that even Brahmins and members of the nobility were converted. (approx. c.532 BCE (#4)).

    Gutama wante to live a non-materialistic life and just find a simple way of living, without needing to be rich, yet not needing to be in complete poverty. He starved for a while and tried meditating and fighting temptations for 40 days. he soon reached his "Nirvana". (approx. C.533 BCE (#3))

    Buddhism was founded or started by a man named Siddhartha Gautama, he was born c. 563 BCE, Lumbini, Nepal in the foothills of the Himalayas. (#1)

    After having traveled and taught for 45 years, Gutama passed away in Kushinagar. "Strive on with awareness", were his final words. ( C.483 BCE (#8)).

    Buddha's followers listened to his final words and continued teaching his peaceful ways.they wore yellow robes and traveled the countrysides. this went on for about 200 years. but soon the humble people were being put under by the big Hindu believers. ( approx. C.482 BCE- C.282 BCE (#9 & 10)).
