    Grover Cleveland and his Vice-President Adlai Stevenson are elected into office on Nov. 8th, 1892. He won the election against Benjamin Harrison.

    On 14 January 1893, a group composed of Americans and Europeans formed a Committee of Safety seeking to overthrow the Hawaiian Kingdom. With the aid of the U.S. Marines they overthrew the Hawaiin Monarchy.

    In 1896, William McKinley was nominated president for the Republican Party with Garret Hobart as his Vice-President. He was running against William Bryan. McKinley won 51% of the votes.
