Working with the Youth HIV Advocacy Coalition, All the TEA members developed and facilitated 'Remixing Realness for Sex Positivity' at Creating Change in Denver. This workshop is designed to better the skills of sexual health educators when it come to sex positivity and issue of pleasure/desire. The workshop was evaluated a success by all a participants. Creating Change is the largest Annual LGBT Conference in the Nation and is organized by the National LGBT Task Force.

All the TEA in partnership with Advocates for Youth had Denver Mayor Hancock sign a proclamation in honor of National Youth HIV/AIDS Awareness Day! We asked for his office's support in educate and advocacy for young people and HIV in Denver!

All the TEA held there 1st joint meeting with Connect 2 Protect Denver. We advise and work with C2P Denver to create changes to policies, programs and procedures to impact STIs and young people in the Denver Metro Area. We got to know each other better through icebreakers and worked together to brainstorm the ideal HIV 101/education session for Young People and their Service Providers!

All the TEA organized and facilitated a half day summit for Young People to learn more about HIV, Stigma, HIV Criminalization and activism. We had a fabulous day filled with interactive activities and guest presenters (Positive Women's Network - Colorado). Keep an eye out for the next Tea Party, as this is an annual event!

In honor of NYHAAD and because volunteering is awesome, All the TEA members helped to clean-up Colorado's AIDS Memorial Grove in Confluence Park. We planted 3 trees and cleaned-up a lot of trash. We hope to have meetings at the Grove as it continues to be revitalized.

All the TEA alongside the Children's Hospital Colorado Immunodeficiency Program (CHiP) tabled and outreached at Denver PrideFest. We beat the heat by passing out safer sex kits, fans, sunscreen and there was the occasional water gun fight! We look forward to being at Pride every year to bring the T on HIV.

All the TEA members attended the Connect 2 Ignite Retreat organized by Buried Seedz of Resistance.
