Discussion and planning of our action
DIscussion among the group members in order to decide on what action to take. After some debate we decided we would clean our local river. We also made a schedule to mark the preparations we needed to do before we take action. -
Writting and posting information about us online
On this day we wrote a description about us, which we posted on our eTwinning profile, and one about our action that we posted on the online tool: GYSD. -
Invitation of the local scouts group to help
One of our group's members (André) is a scout therefore on their meeting he asked them if they could, in celebration of the Earth day, help us with our task of cleaning the river, the scouts gladly accepted the invitation. -
Our action: Cleaning the river
The day finnaly came and our group set off to clean the river and leaving it better than we found it. Unfornatelly the scouts couldn´t join us because they are students and due to the schedule change (the action was supposed to be executed on the 22nd as we couldnt make it we had to change it) they had things to do. Still we were able to perform our action and had fun doing so.
