    Signed To Be Built Contract on 1025 Dyer Crossing Way

    We signed the contract specifying the structural and design upgrades. We then put down our Earnest Deposit and Design Deposit.

  • First Design Center Appointment

    This was our first appointment at the Design Center. We picked out floor tile, counter tops, cabinets, carpeting, exterior stone and brick, door, colors, kitchen/bath plumbing, lighting, etc.

  • Final Design Center Appointment

    This time, we had to trim down our first "wish list" of design upgrades. Thankfully, we had negotiated very generous design credits and didn't have to remove many upgrades.
  • The "Sold" Sign Appeared on the Lot

    The "Sold" Sign Appeared on the Lot

  • Met with Electrician to Finalize Electrical Options and Locations.

    This included adding extra electical outlets in the master closet & garage, under cabinet lighting in the kitchen, accent lights to the front exterior, surround sound wiring in the Media Room and "whole house" speaker wiring.
  • The First Sign of Progress...the "bathroom" appeared.
