Jayne and I sat down and figured out exactly what we were expecting to happen during the tournament, as well as what we were expecting from the participants. -
Ironing out some details
We figured out a few things that we were still unsure about before. We decided on a date and time, as well as where we wanted to have the event. -
Getting the word out
Jayne and I stayed after school to hang up flyers around the school to start advertising for our project. -

I spoke to my step-dad who is a partial owner of Millenium Custom Coatings and he decided to donate $100 to our cause! -

My friend's father, Don Meidinger, pledged to give us $200 of sponsorship money! -
Designing our shirts
Jayne and I went to Team Sports and designed the shirt that all of the participants will be receiving. -
