    Samuel Slater was born on June 9, 1768 and he died on April 21, 1835. Samuel Slater invented the factory system on december 20, 1790, this produced goods faster and the mass production created jobs, but the bad thing about this invention was that it demanded more cotton which made slave owners demand more slaves. Samuel Slater desinged this to push the resources of America to its maximum capacity. Also the 20th centry factory system has now gone up to ford or the chevy systems.

    The Cotton Gin
    Eli Whitney was born December 8, 1765 and he died on Janurary 8, 1825. Whitney invented the cotton gin on October 28, 1793 an this was invented for separating cotton from their seeds quickley and easily. The sucsess of the cotton gin was that it was more helpful to the farmers because the cotton gin does the work for them so now they dont have to get cut or pricked by the cotton plant.The 20th centery invention is now the tractor and it is sucsessful,

    Robert fulton was born on Novenber 14, 1765 and he died on Feburary 14 1765. Robert Fulton invented the staem boat and it was a sucsessful invention becaus it shaved about 64 hours of a normal trip to ship goods off and it was also fast and it went up river instead of all around the states. The 20th centery invention today is called the gas powered vessel.

    The Steel Plow
    John Deere was born on Feburary 7, 1804 and he died on May 17, 1886. John Deere (a blacksmith) invented the steel plow in 1837, which broke up tougher ground, and the older wooden plow could not becaus it would break and it would also cause cuts and splinters and you would also have to lug it around and it was very heavy. So, the steel plow was more useful because it could be pulled by horses. The 20th centery version of this today is also the tractor.

    Samuel Morse was born in April 27, 1791 and he died of pneumonia in April 2, 1872. Samuel Morse invented the telegraph in 1845 and the sucsess of this machine was that it made it possible for people to communicate and get messages faster and easier so, instead of getting a message 3 weeks later then it was sent now you can get it the very same day. The 20th centery version of this is called the cell phone or the I-Phone 4.
