    Find a partner and obtain some pink sticky ntes and a flashlight from your teacher. Search the room for clues ( scratches, scuffs, etc.) with the lights in the room ON. Place a pink sticky note on each clue and record it in your notebook.

    Next, turn off all the lights in the room and shut the curtains or the blinds. Search the room for clues again, using a flashlight. This time, use blue sticky notes. Do not put sticky notes on clues that already have a pink not on them. Record your clues.

    Record your observations. Take note of the details that you noticed when you used opaque lighting (the flashlight.) as compared to what you saw when the room was bright.
