Storming of Bastille
The storming of Bastille is essentially the way people of France got power. People stormed Bastille because of the weaponry it held. this allowed revolutionists to fight against Louis XVI troops who surrounded them possibly attempting suppression. This is important as without weaponry the revolution would most likely end much quicker. https://www.khanacademy.org/humanities/world-history/1600s-1800s/french-revolution-tutorial/v/french-revolution-part-1 -
Women's March on Versailles
The women's march was a march of women towards the king and queens palace of Versailles. The march happened since bread/grain prices were increasing causing starvation. What happened was the women told the king and queen to go to Paris which essentially put the King and Queen in house arrest. I believe this is important as it limited the abilities of the king and queen allowing revolutionists to do as they pleased.

Constitution of 1791 (Dec 1 is to make this event put in order)
The constitution of 1791 is essentially the French making a new set of laws for France. This is also the time where the French people put king and queen into house arrest. This also signified the accomplishment of the Tennis Court Oath. The reason why this is important is that it showed that the republic had power and was able to go against the king. https://www.khanacademy.org/humanities/world-history/1600s-1800s/french-revolution-tutorial/v/french-revolution-part-3-reign-of-terror -
Assembly Declared Republic
Jacobins charge into where the king and queen are held due to the suspicion from the Declaration of Pillnitz. With this suspicion they imprison the king and queen making them sitting ducks. After this, they then declared France a Republic. The reason why this is so important is that this put the king out of power with the people in power rather than the king.

Declaration of War on the Dutch Republic and Britain
France has declared war on four of the strongest European powers. This was the idea of changing and revolutionize Europe. This was to turn every power into a republic. The reason why this is important is that this introduced the draft allowing more people to fight rather than trained soldiers allowing France to gain victory over a majority of these powers. https://www.khanacademy.org/humanities/world-history/1600s-1800s/french-revolution-tutorial/v/french-revolution-part-3-reign-of-terror -

War in the Vendée
The War in Vendée is the royalist fighting against the revolutionists to re rule France. The royalist outnumbered the revolutionist and were winning at the start. This was the rise of Napolean who defeated the royalist with artillery allowing the revolution to remain. This is important as without Napolean the revolution would have ended as they were outnumbered.
