God reflects his glory in this story by making sure that Abraham was clearly trusting God. When Abram has complete trust in God, he would glorify him and spread his word throughout Israel. God also saves Isaac at the last moment because God really did not want to kill Isaac, he instead made a lamb appear to be glorified. This shows us God's care and his love for us in our lives.

In Genesis 37:26-28, when Joseph was sold to slavery by his brothers with 20 silver. This could connect to the NT because of how Jesus was betrayed by Judas, one of his 12 apostles, being bribed with 30 silver, and received great suffering. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=genesis+37&version=NIV

In Matthew 26:14-16, it states that one of Jesus's 12 apostles, Judas has betrayed Jesus with 30 pieces of Silver. This connects to the IT because Abram's 12 brothers decided to sell him for 20 pieces of silver. The clear connection could be established here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judas_Iscariot

In Genesis 17:2 and Genesis 17:20, God makes a covenant with Abram, promising that his descendants would be a great nation. And this indeed is true now, with Christianity and Islam being the world's biggest religions. In the Ishmael covenant, we can also see that there would be fighting between Ishmael and Isacc, and this can be seen in modern Israel, where there is a major conflict. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2019/03/israel-arrests-7-palestinians-west-bank-raids-190318160130460.html

In Abram's life, he had to go through many challenges and trust with God (Gen, 22). Personally, I have many times where I have not trusted God or think that he is non-existent, but all those times, I was blessed. Like I would have gotten injured if my family started a holiday one day later (that plane ended up in a fire), but luckily, I was blessed by God and I am still safe and alive. I know that God is always with me, and I need to trust him for what he has planned for me.
