    Samuel, our oldest son, was born weighing 10 lbs and 14 oz measuring 21 inches. He was perfect! He wrapped his long tiny fingers around my thumb the first time I held him. I remember feeling as if my heart would burst with joy. He is a smart and sweet young man.

    Gabriel Thomas Todd. Named after an angel and a beloved train. He is as sweet as an angel, as destructive as a steam engine, and a complete joy to spend time with!

    I learned the trade of dog grooming from a good friend right out of high school. After Gabriel was born we opened Beautiful Grooms. It is still a successful business in Mobile Alabama.

    I started my college education at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in Gautier Mississippi. I took only one class to be sure college was for me. I got an A! The class was English 101 with Instructor Grantham.

    After deciding to take on student loans, I started College full time at the University of South Alabama. This was a big deal for me! I love learning.
