  • Order form & payment received by ShopShip

    This is the first day of the order process. Your Order Form is filled up and sent to us for processing. We will send you the invoice as soon as possible and await your payment. It is important that payment is made quickly so that your items can be purchased immediately.

  • Purchases made by ShopShip

    Once payment has been received, ShopShip purchases your items online. Shipping to our premises by the vendors usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.

    Awaiting delivery of items by vendor

    This is the period where ShopShip awaits delivery of your purchased items to our premises.

  • Items received & packaged by ShopShip

    Once your items are received, they are carefully repackaged for international shipping.

  • Items shipped to customer

    Your items are then shipped out to you based on your preference as indicated on the Order Form.

    For the Express shipping option, the quoted shipping timeframe is 3 to 5 working days.
