The end of WWI On the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918 at exactly 11.00a.m. the First World War ended. The central powers were failing against the Allied Forces and finally switched sides. the casualties totaled to about 19 million with 21 million more injured. Germans were mad from this since they were deprived of almost all of their army . In 1919, a peace conference talked about a post-war world. -
