    Battle and Siege of Liège was the first battle on the Western Front, fought between the German Imperial Army and Belgian Army. The Belgian City was circled in fortresses and the German Army used an airship and artillery fire.
  • Assassination of Franz Ferdinand

    Was the main cause of the start of WW1. He was a heir to the Austria-Hungary's throne. Ferdinand wanted to reorganize lands in Serbia lands and he was also an advocate for federalism. This was the breaking point and then the war broke out between Serbia and Austria-Hungary, declared by Austria-Hungary because of the assassination of Ferdinand.
